Duties
岗位职责
1、Analyses current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate;
对现有的和潜在的市场和趋势进行分析,协调各种活动,以通过增加的业务量和提高的价格来保持并增加收益;
2、Produces, implements and monitors action plans to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved;
制订、实施和监测工作计划,以确保收益计划的目标得以实现;
3、Capable of independently analyzing the advantages and characteristics of various channels, organizing and planning product promotions, regularly evaluating their effectiveness, and implementing subsequent plans;
能独立分析各大渠道的优势和特点,组织和策划产品推广,定期进行效果评估,后续计划和实施;
Requirements

3、Communicates and writes with fluency in English and Chinese;
能用中英双语流利的沟通和书写;
4、Preferably has relevant experience from an International Hotel Group;

5、Understands and familiar with Sanya markets and local environment

6、Always kept up-to-date with latest industry trends and market practices
