2.Ke In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会并参加酒店的各项会议,确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求。
3.Keep staffs and self have a sense of discipline and proper operation. And check whether staff image and service fit with priciples
时刻保持自己和所管辖的员工的纪律性和适当的操作。并且检查员工仪容仪表以及服务是否符合规范。.
4.Supervise the service and delivery of menu items in assigned restaurant ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
监督所在餐厅的服务和菜单内容的提供情况,确保高品质和一致性。
5.Encourage staffs, listen to them carefully, understand their thoughts and offer helps
激励员工,有效聆听,了解员工的思想动态,并提供帮助
6.Direct and regular staffs’ work

Required Qualifications 任职要求:
1.At least 1-year professional experience beyond the degree.
1年以上同岗位工作经验。
2.Effectively monitors, participates, supports, coordinates andensures smooth operations of the sections appointed, e.g. food purchasing,storage, etc.
了解食品出品、餐厅服务全过程,善于安排各个环节的工作,能协助保证餐厅管理的协调发展。
3.With the ability of social, organization, practicableness, beadept in driving team’s motivation.
具有社会活动能力、组织领导工作能力和实际工作能力;善于调动餐饮部各级管理人员的积极性。
