2. Be the key contact person for all the outlet promotions 作为餐厅部促销活动的主要联系人。
3.Keep collecting guests’ feedbacks/comments and timely feedback to chefs and outlet managers 在运营中不断地收集客人的反馈意见, 将客人的意见及时反馈给厨师长和餐厅经理。
4. Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotels in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax and other written communications. 通过直接销售拜访,电话,传真以及其他书面形式的沟通方式,保持酒店在当地主要市场区域高度的知名度。
5. Properly and skilfully handle guests’ verbal complaints. 正确并且有技巧地处理客人的口头投诉。
6.To give improvement suggestions to concerned departments. 就指定部门的各个方面提出改进建议。
7. Check guest comments survey/evaluation form/outlet log etc to find out if any issue with the operations.so as to take improvement measurements of food/beverage/service; training need (i.e. improve the high price capability). 检查客人意见调查/餐厅日志等有关运营问题 ,以便实施食品/酒水/服务的改进措施,发现培训需求(比如提高价位的能力)。
8. Ad hoc assignment from the hotel management. 完成酒店管理层交代的其他任务。
