JOB OVERVIEW职位概述:
The
Club Lounge Manager is responsible for the Club operations and provides
supervision, training, direction and leadership to all Club employees under the
guidance of the Front of House Manager/ Assistant Director of Rooms in
accordance with the objectives, performance, quality and service standards
established by The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong.

The Club Lounge Manager has a key
role in upholding all quality service standards in the Club Department and
managing its day to day operations.

The Club Lounge Manager is
responsible to ensure that the Gold Standards are being rendered from all areas
by maintaining a well trained, efficient and professional employees whose focus
will be on hospitality, ensuring guests comforts at all times.
