The Spa and Fitness manager’s main dutyis to provide leadership in the daily operations of the spa, including but notlimited to, treatments, retail, membership, salon, fitness and pool programs.
主要负责水疗-康体部的管理工作；督导、管理水疗部的日常运作，包括但不限于理疗、零售、会员、美容、健身及游泳池计划。
Manage staff to provide a smooth operation, coverage andattention to cleanliness in the spa, fitness studio and pool.
管理员工，确保水疗中心运作顺畅。
Manage spa reservations to maximize daily revenues in accordancewith the budgetary guidelines and available treatment rooms.
根据财务预算政策管理水疗预订工作，最大限度提高每日营业额。
Maintain guidelines of budget and manning
负责财务预算。
Work closely with hotel leaders in concerned departments tomaximize the spa & fitness studio exposure in the market
与酒店相关部门领导协助，确保水疗市场占有率。
Maintain complete knowledge and comply with the hotel anddepartmental policies and procedures
保持与酒店及部门政策与程序相关知识的一致性。
