岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities
基础协助:协助厨师完成每日的食材清洗、去皮、切配等基础准备工作。
Basic Assistance: Assist chefs with daily basic preparations such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
学习实践:在指导下学习厨房基础操作技能,熟悉各类厨具与设备的使用方法。
Learning & Practice: Learn basic kitchen skills under guidance and become familiar with the use of various kitchen tools and equipment.
卫生维护:负责工作区域的清洁卫生,包括台面、水槽、地面及厨具的清洗与消毒。
Hygiene Maintenance: Responsible for cleaning the work area, including countertops, sinks, floors, and the washing and sanitizing of kitchen utensils.
物料管理:协助进行食材、物料的领取、整理与存放,确保库存摆放整齐。
Material Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing ingredients and supplies, ensuring the inventory is neatly arranged.
遵守规范:严格遵守厨房各项规章制度及食品卫生安全标准。
Compliance: Strictly adhere to all kitchen regulations and food safety and hygiene standards.
其他任务:完成厨师长或主管安排的其他相关工作。
Other Tasks: Complete other related tasks assigned by the Chef or Supervisor.
任职要求 | Requirements
烹饪专业在校生或应届毕业生优先。
Culinary school students or recent graduates preferred.
热爱烹饪行业,学习态度积极主动。
Passion for the culinary industry with a proactive learning attitude.
吃苦耐劳,服从工作安排。
Hardworking, able to work under pressure, and follow instructions.
注重个人卫生,持有健康证。
Good personal hygiene and possess a valid health certificate.
