岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
全面负责中茂海悦酒店（692间客房）的经营管理工作，确保酒店运营品质、服务标准及经营目标达成；
Oversee the overall operation and management of Zhongmao Haiyue Hotel (692 guestrooms), ensuring service excellence and achievement of business objectives.统筹前厅、客房、餐饮、宴会会议等运营部门管理，持续提升服务品质及宾客满意度；
Lead and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Banquet and Conference Operations to continuously improve guest satisfaction.制定并落实年度经营预算、市场营销策略及收益管理计划，持续提升酒店经营业绩；
Develop and execute annual business plans, sales strategies, and revenue management initiatives to maximize hotel performance.负责重大政务接待、商务接待及VIP接待保障工作，维护酒店品牌形象；
Ensure the successful delivery of government receptions, business events, and VIP services while maintaining the hotel’s reputation.负责酒店团队建设、人才培养及绩效管理，打造高效专业的管理团队；
Build and develop a high-performing management team through talent development and performance management.持续优化运营流程及管理体系，提升经营效率及市场竞争力；
Continuously optimize operational processes and management systems to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
任职要求 / Requirements
本科及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先；
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or related disciplines.10年以上高星级酒店运营管理经验，具有大型酒店总经理或副总经理管理经历；
Minimum 10 years of experience in upscale hotel operations, including senior leadership experience as General Manager or Deputy General Manager.熟悉客房、餐饮、宴会会议等业务板块运营管理，具备较强的经营管理及收益管理能力；
Strong knowledge of Rooms, F&B, Banquet and Conference Operations with proven business and revenue management capabilities.具备优秀的团队领导能力、组织协调能力及市场开拓能力；
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, communication, and business development skills.具有较强的责任心、执行力及抗压能力。
Strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, and ability to perform under pressure.
