Salesperson managing Leisure and Group accounts within the Sales & Marketing department and possiblyworking with local and international travel agency / tour operators,conference-meeting-incentive organizers/DMC for group bookings.

Responsiblefor managing group of agencies and following up to materialize the budgetedrevenues of group & travel trade segments through existing clientele andkey prospects.

Assistingto and cooperating with the Director of Sales / Director of Sales &Marketing in reaching the targeted goals as defined in the Sales &Marketing Plan.

Monitors competitors’ activities and assists inmarketing intelligence

The TTTT is carried out to the satisfaction of theDirector of Sales and Directorof Sales & Marketing.

Plans and manages sales calls according to AccountManagement procedures adhering with Kempinski standards on a daily, weekly,monthly and annual basis.

Handles all enquiries and leads from potentialclients which involves meetings, site inspection, familiarization trips,negotiation and contract finalization, attending promotional functionsorganized by the hotel and follows up until business is secured.

Responsibleamong others but not exclusively for MICE segments which are meeting,incentive, conference, events and groups. 3rd PR & Travel agencies, exhibition organizers, LocalAssociations & on line platform etc… who has MICE potentials

Entertains clients on a regular basis in hotelrestaurants to keepgood working relations and extends network further by attending internal andexternal evening functions.

Attend trade shows, salesblitz, workshops, etc. in the assigned markets.

Develop and maintain a regular pattern of salescalls, meeting with principals of target market

Keeps two-way communications between clients and hotel, ensuring thatclients are kept updated with latest development in hotel, and seniormanagement is kept updated on changes in companies, market events, markettrends and customer’s feedback on hotel and competitor activities.

Accomplishes a set of administrative duties such as attending meeting,handling correspondence related to designated accounts, writing monthly salesactivities report, and other duties related to the job function.

Monitors competitor’s activities and assists in assembling marketingintelligence.

Attends morning briefing daily and informs the Sales Team on any accountrelated changes and updates as well as upcoming daily tasks and actions.
