Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
1.Implemented and delivered LQA standards to every guest in daily operation.
在每日的对客服务中遵守和执行领先质量保证标准。
2.Honesty is a work basis, ensure implement on work with honesty all times.
以诚信为工作基本，在任何时候都需要诚实的执行酒店所有财务制度。
3.Knowledgeable about all events and information of the immediate and surrounding area, while provide new information for maintaining a library of relevant information.
熟知酒店周边区域所有各项活动和信息，并不断保持信息资料库的更新。
4.To be efficient and prompt handling and delivery of all messages, facsimiles and parcels throughout the hotel.
高效和迅速的处理和交付酒店内所有信件、传真和包裹。
5.Strictly to followall Concierge Policies and Procedures are adhered.
严格执行部门各项政策与程序。
6.Directs guests and visitors to any of the Hotel’s facilities.
指引客人及来访者到任何酒店的设施。
7.To keep the cleanliness of the Concierge counter, equipment and storage, and responsible for the maintenance of all Concierge equipment.
保持礼宾台，礼宾设备和储藏间的卫生，对所有礼宾部运营品的维护保养负责。
8.Implement that all information requested by the local police authorities are adhered.
严格遵守并实行由当地执法部门所要求的全部事项。
9.Performs special duties as required by the superior.
执行上级分配的特殊职责。
10.Maintain a clean and tidy appearance and make a good impression on guests
保持干净整洁的仪容仪表，给客人留下良好印象。
11.Maintaining good customer relationship. Implement for the provision of friendly and efficient service to all guests.
与客人建立并保持良好的关系。负责提供给客人友善、有效的服务。
12.Remains observant and responds to each guest who approaches the reception/Front Desk.
保持关注每一位抵达酒店的客人并主动问候。
13.Full utilization of PMS/Royal Service Manager/InTouch/I Concierge to embrace guest experience
充分利用各类酒店管理系统和软件以提高宾客体验。
14.Consistent to keep with high preference, initiative, and hospitalityservice attitude.
一贯保持高标准，主动性和殷勤好客的服务态度。
Knowledge and Experience 知识与经验
1.Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field
酒店管理或相关专业的本科或专科学历
2..Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same position in luxury hotel.
至少2年以上奢华酒店同岗位的工作经验
3.Excellent oral and written skills in Mandarin and English
优秀的中英文听说读写能力
4.Familiar with ALL-Accor Live Limitless processes or other loyalty programs
熟悉雅高心悦界或其他忠诚会员计划
5.Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
优秀的人际关系和沟通能力
6.Adaptable and flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
