Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
1· To supervise Room Attendant and inspect guest rooms and surround service areas. Paying attention to details by keeping the international standard of room cleanliness and product maintenance adhering to standard required by our hotel.
管理客房服务员并检查客房及服务区域的卫生,注意从饭店的全局出发并根据要求建立国际化的卫生标准。
2· Patrol and be responsible for floor and inspect ensure guestroom cleanliness up to the standard set up by the hotel.
巡逻检查楼层,确保客房的清洁
3· To check all the guest rooms, VIP in-house, VIP arrival and long staying guests.
检查所有客房,重要客人的房间以及重要客人的到达,以及常住客人的房间卫生。
4· To attend to guest requests and complaints. Takes corrective action.
采用正确的方式处理客人的要求和投诉。
5· To report on adverse guest comment as and when required.

6· To document all daily activities and events such as guest complaints and habits in the logbook.

7· To ensure the cleanliness of guestrooms, and ensure maximum guest satisfaction, adhering to the standard required by our hotel.

8· Generally supervise all floor matters, ensure floor service in normal condition, and offer guests with high quality service。
系统管理楼层的一切事务,确保楼层服务正常运作,为客人提供优质的服务。
9· To check on the standard of "Turn down services".
检查夜床服务是否符合标准。
10· Make sure guest room attendant keep high standard and follow up the housekeeping sop/lsop
确保楼层服务员保持高标准,并遵循客房部的标准操作流程。
11· Check the floor pantry daily, make sure the pantry keep cleaning and organized. Make sure the guest amenities are full set up .
每日检查员工工作间,并确保工作间干净整洁,同时确保工作有足够的易耗品供客人使用。
12· To assist in the inventory of guestroom linen.
协助客房布草的盘点。
13· Prepares supervisor’s report, accomplishes requisition from and maintenance work orders.
准备主管报告,完成维护工作需求。
14· Collects and check supervisor’s reports for submission to Housekeeping office.
收集并检查客房主管工作报告,并将其提交到办公室文员处。
15· To report and follow up on repair and maintenance.
报告和跟踪维修和保养情况。
16· To report and record Lost and Damaged items in the logbook.
在记录表上报告和记录丢失和损坏的物品。
17· Record daily events in the logbook and report to assistant executive housekeeper daily.

18· Participate in departmental leadership activities as a member of the team

19· Maintain levels of confidentiality and discretion for guests

20· Recycles where-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures to staff.

21· Ensure that safe working practices are followed including emergency procedures

22· Develop own knowledge and skills as a contributing member of the Housekeeping team

Knowledge and Experience知识与经验
1· College degree or above
大专及上学历
2· Least 3 years working experience in Housekeeping floor section
至少3年的客房楼层工作经验
3· Have good communication skill
良好的沟通技巧
4· Have similar position in international 5 star hotel
有国际5星级酒店相同的经验
5· Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
良好的人际交往技能,能与各级员工沟通
6· Service orient to details
