Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1· Recruit talent according to hotel manning.
根据酒店编制及运作需求进行人员招聘。
2· Assist in establishing standard policies and procedures for recruitment.
协助建立招聘制度与程序。
3· Develop and implement recruitment and screening system.
制定和实施招聘和筛选系统。
4· Develop recruitment channels through talent market, women's Federation and outside recruitment fair.
拓展招聘渠道,通过人才市场,妇联,招聘会等
5· Develop relationship with schools, set up and maintain long term cooperation relationship for trainees.
发展校企关系,建立和维护长期的渠道合作伙伴关系,建立实习生合作。
6· Recruit foreign management trainee
外国管理实习生的招聘。
7· Release and update recruitment information on website.
定期在指定网站发布,更新招聘信息。
8· Handle expatriate work permits, residence permits and visas.
办理外籍人人才作许可证。
9· Contacts concerned personnel of the city/ province Labor Bureau city/ province Public Security Bureau and other relevant office apply for the work permit, residence permit and visa for expatriates within 30 days of their arrival.
联系市/省劳动局市/省公安局和及其它权力机构并在外籍人员到达30天内申请外籍人人才作许可证,居留证和签证。
10· Making recruitment related reports, and regularly analyzes relative data.
制定与招聘相关的统计报表,并定期统计相关数据。
11· Check e-mail every day, select CV, inform interview.
每日查看邮件,甄选简历,通知面试。
12· Check and update recruitment information on websites everyday : VeryEast, Zhaopin, Career.Accor and so on.
每日检查及更新网站招聘信息:最佳东方、智联招聘、雅高集团集团招聘网等。
13· Conduct interview every day.
每日进行日常招聘。
14· Cooperate with Part Timer Company.
与计时工公司保持合作。
15· Conduct a resignation interview with the departing employee to record the reason for the departure.
与离职人才进行离职面谈,记录离职原因。
16· Monthly completion rate analysis report.
每月完成离职率分析报告。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1· Fluent written English, and can communicate orally
英语书面语流利,口语可以交流
2· Good computer skills
良好的电脑技能
3· 2 years supervisory experience in recruitment, familiar with hotel recruitment daily work procedure
二年以上招聘管理工作经验,熟悉酒店业招聘方面日常工作的操作程序
4· Can complete each work task designated in the above Job Description independently with good communication & coordination capability
能独立完成上述工作职责规定的各项任务,并具有良好的沟通及协调能力
5· Work earnestly, responsibly and carefully
