1.Supervisethe Laundry operations and administration.

2.Providetraining to laundry staff in operating equipment and machines installed in thelaundry.

3.Checktheir work performance, make sure laundry operation is in order.

4.Makesure all Laundry files are properly kept and paper work is done promptly.

5.Prepareweekly, monthly production reports. Set departmental objectives and goals.

6.Developwork plans to carry out goals, compares actual performance against goalsperiodically and take necessary corrective actions.

7.Revisethe wash formulas as and when required getting better result and costeffectiveness.

8.Controlthe laundry expenses by keeping a close check on chemical consumption andLaundry Supplies.
监督化学制剂和洗衣供应品的使用情况,严格控制洗衣成本。
9.Makemonthly washing report and production sheet for review.
制作月度洗衣报表以供复查。
10.Revisethe laundry standards and objectives as and when required in improving theLaundry services.
不断完善洗衣标准和经营目标以提供更好的洗衣服务。
11.Makeplan for market survey to compare the laundry prices.
进行市场调查,比较各酒店洗衣价格。
12.Ensuresmaximum profitability by reviewing the laundry and dry-cleaning ratesperiodically.

13.Ensurethat a high standard service level is maintained at all times.

14.Ensureall the guest requests are follow up promptly.

15.Ensurethat the working areas/ condition of the staff are above standard.

16.Makechanges in the duty roster as and when required to meet the expected loadaccording to the projected occupancy.

Knowledge and Experience 知识与经验
1.Experiencein Housekeeping Laundry room least 5years.
具有至少5年的客房洗衣房经验
2.Minimum of 1 years' experience in the same position in luxury hotel.

3.Asense of team working

4.Independent,committed and well-skilled
