【岗位职责】
To work with theDirector of Sales & Marketing and Director of F&B to establish the strategic business plan for Catering and Banquet sales. 与市场销售总监和餐饮总监一起制定餐饮宴会销售计划
Assists with the development of new product themes and services. 协助酒店新产品及服务的开发和推广
Assists with the development of marketing strategies. 协助酒店市场战略的制订
Takes into account external economic issues when planning and making decisions. 做计划时考虑外界经济情况
Manages financial reports, analysis, budgets and make pricing decisions for the department. 管理财务报告,财务分析、预算,制定部门的定价策略 Ensures the achievement of business objectives according to budgeted guidelines for revenue and costs. 确保按照收入和开支预算实现经营目标
Coordinates work operations within the department as well as other related departments. 与本部门及其他部配合工作
Prevents and resolves all guest concerns. 预防和处理客人所关心的问题
To negotiate with clients ensuring that profitability guidelines of the hotel are adhered to and at the same time, guest needs and expectations are met. 与客户谈判,确保满足客人的需要,同时又能够实现饭店的利润
Demonstrates effective and appropriate interaction with guests whilst maintaining a professional approach and image. 与客户保持有效的适当地交流,同时表现出专业的形象及工作方式
