BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
The Banquet Supervisor isresponsible for providing an efficient and high quality service in banquet. Thebanquet supervisor is responsible for continually focusing on achieving andalways ensuring the high quality service standard of an international luxuryhotel is achieved. They must achieve guest satisfaction targets and team membersatisfaction, and they are responsible for evaluating the performance, andtraining for all banquet staff. Reports directly to the banquetmanager and is responsible for achieving service quality targets in banquet,and for the implementation and compliance of all food and beverage policies andpractices (SOP) of hotel and group.宴会主管负责提供高效高质量的宴会服务。负责达到并始终维持国际品牌酒店的服务标准。实现客人满意度和员工满意度的目标,负责为宴会员工培训。向宴会经理直接汇报并确保实现宴会服务目标,执行和落实餐饮各项政策和集团的标准工作操作流程。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和任务
1. Confers with host of function on lastminute arrangements, co-ordinates with kitchen in providing for extra or indecreasing number of covers when necessary.主持酒席开始前的准备工作, 当发生客人有所增加或减少时协调与厨房的工作。
2. Co-ordinates with Kitchen regardingfood preparation, co-ordinates with Beverage regarding necessary barrequirements.协调与厨房的食品准备工作和饮料部的酒水工作。
3. Ensures that all necessaryarrangements and preparations have been made, co-ordinates with Housekeeping,Engineering and other departments regarding special arrangements.确保准备工作完善, 协调和管家部,工程部及其他部门的工作,特别是在特殊情况发生时。
4. Assigns personnel to take charge ofspecific functions. Determines number of extra waiters to be hired on basis ofevent orders.指派专人负责宴会。根据活动情况决定增加额外服务员人数。
5. Gives necessary instructionsregarding set-up and service to all personnel assigned to functions, ensuresthat grooming and general appearance of service staff conforms to hotelstandards.给予员工必要的摆设和服务指令,确保员工仪容仪表和服务质量符合酒店要求。
6. Computes amount to be billed,presents bill to clients, transmits payments to Outlet Cashier, co-ordinateswith Accounting in collecting bills.打单,呈帐单给客人,付款转账给各部门收银员,和财务部协作收集帐单。
7. Initiates requisitions for materialsand supplies needed for functions.提前申请并及时准备好酒席需要的器材和物料。
8. Co-ordinates with Engineeringnecessary repairs, trouble reports and special projects.必要的修理,工程改进和特殊的情况发生时,和工程部联系。
9. Anticipate and address guest issuesand establish proactive processes to promote guest satisfaction.预测并解决客人的问题,建立积极主动的工作流程以提高客户满意度。

JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
1. Minimumof 2 years international hotel banquet experience as supervisor.至少2年国际品牌酒店宴会主管工作经验。
