This position is responsible for assisting guests from the very first moment; Welcoming the guest to Shanghai, to the property, open the car door, accompany them to the reception, Handling their luggage according to the "luggage service" described in the Brand Service Standards.
Familiarize the guests with the hotel’s facilities and anticipate to guest’s inquiries and requests.
Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities as required by the Bell Captain.

1. Good understanding of Mandarin and English.

1. MinimumHalf year experience in a similar position in comparable hotel.
