岗位职责：
1.迎接客人，上菜单，给建议都以餐饮标准及程序。2.检查客户满意度，参加适当遵照通知管理或团队领导到客人的需求和投诉。3.结账并与送别客人及欢迎客人下次再光临。4.保持工作场所清洁5.执行各方面的职责6.参加每日早会点名。参加所有的会议和培训。7.协助其他服务人员需要时。8.保持餐厅的清洁及维护9.执行由经理分配的各项工作。任何时候都要符合酒店和部门的政策和程序。
岗位要求：
1.掌握饮料知识-咖啡，茶等.
2.良好的沟通能力。
3.基本的英语沟通能力。
Job Responsibilities
Greet guests, present menus, and provide recommendations in accordance with food and beverage standards and procedures.Check customer satisfaction, and properly follow instructions from supervisors or team leaders when addressing guests’ needs and complaints.Process guest payments, bid farewell to guests, and welcome them to visit again.Maintain a clean working environment.Perform duties in all aspects as required.Attend daily morning roll calls, as well as all meetings and training sessions.Assist other service staff when needed.Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.Carry out all tasks assigned by the manager, and comply with the hotel’s and department’s policies and procedures at all times.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of beverages, including coffee, tea, etc.Good communication skills.Basic English communication skills.
