To assist with Outlet
manager manage respective F&B venues as successful independent profit
center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with Hotels standards,
through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the food and beverage
operation and administration.

To assist with Outlet manager ensure high level
consistency in smooth operation and guest satisfaction, particularly measured
as GSI.
