Job Responsibilities:
Assesses training needs based on Performance Monitor Report, Performance Development Reviews, employee feedback, guest comments, business result, observation, among others.Assists in developing annual training plan for general skills, knowledge, languages, and areas for improvement based on the result of training needs analysis and revise when needed.Facilitates and conducts Orientation Programs for new hires, as well as casual and contractual staff.Introduces Shangri-La Group, Vision, Mission, Philosophy, Guiding Principles, and Shangri-La Care and other core service skills and knowledge trainings.Ensures the cascading of SLA Trainer Skill I and II especially for identified Departmental Trainers.Assists the DHR in administering HR policies and procedures, as well as in coaching, implementation, review, recording and communications related to all HR procedures, programs and activities.
Job Requirements:
More than 3 years working experience in the same position.Have good communication ability and coordination ability.Have strong written comprehensive ability and oral expression ability.Able to formulate the overall training planning and implementation plan of the hotel in accordance with the needs of the hotel operation and development of talents.
