We are currently looking for a Director of Sports & Recreation to join our Sports & Recreation team.
As a Director of Sports & Recreation, we rely on you to:
-To establish Kerry Sports as the Groups benchmark Fitness and Health Centre and market leader
-Responsible for the overall guest experience and standards of Kerry Sports
-To lead in the identification, recruitment and development of the Health Club & Recreation talent in Hotels and Resorts
-To develop the planning and execution of the Annual Goals and Workshops for the Division
We are looking for someone who:
-Has a passion for Sports & Recreation
-Excellent presenter and communicator
-Is self-driven, goal-oriented, able to challenge the status quo
-Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
-Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
-Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
-Preferably has a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a similar role
-Understands the global market and local environment
-Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
-Has strong interpersonal skills
