We are currently looking for a Service Associate - Front Office to join our Front Office team.
As a Service Associate - Front Office, we rely on you to
- Responsible to provide guest services and handle the set-up of daily reservations and check in and check out of guest in accordance with the objective, performances and quality standard established by Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai.
- Ensure all guest request are being complied.

作为前台接待员，我们希望您承担以下职责：
- 根据香格里拉酒店集团和浦东嘉里大酒店的目标、执行标准和质量标准，负责给客人提供接机服务和处理日常预订、入住和退房业务。
- 确保所有客人的要求都被满足。
