As a Service Leader-Floor, we rely on you to
作为一名宾客服务主管-客房,你的主要工作职责为:
1. Ensure smooth daily running of the housekeeping operation
2. Support the Service Manager in maintaining service quality
3. Supervise the team performance and process flow
4. Maintain and clean guest rooms and replenish room supplies
5. Ensure quality assurance standards are met at all times
6. Report any maintenance-related issues to the Engineering Department
7. Interact and assist guests professionally when needed

2、协助服务经理确保良好的服务质量
3、监督团队绩效和操作流程
4、维护和清洁浴室,补充洗浴设施
5、在所有的时间确保质量符合标准
