职位描述
l Maintain complete knowledge at all times of:

l All hotel features/services, hours of operation.

l Daily house count and expected
arrivals/departures.

l Scheduled in-house group activities, locations
and times.

l All hotel and departmental standards and
procedures.

l Access all function of computer system according
to established procedures and standards.

l Inspect grooming and attire of staff; rectify any
deficiencies.
检查员工的仪容仪表,对不足处加以改进。
l Constantly monitor Human Resources staff
performance in all phases of service and job functions, ensuring that all
procedures are carried out to departmental standards; rectify any
deficiencies with respective personnel.
持续监控人力资源员工在所有服务和工作职能阶段的表现,确保所有程序都遵循部门标准,纠正不足。
l Tour each department daily; look for safety
hazards and check staff adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
每日巡查各个部门;发觉安全隐患并检查员工是否遵循酒店的政策和程序。
l Monitor the staffs' interaction with guests and
employees ensuring prompt and courteous service; resolve discrepancies with
respective personnel.

l Maintain current Human Resource status of all
management personnel;

l Maintain files on all current laws regarding

l Develop and maintain current job descriptions for
all hotel positions.
开发并维护酒店现行的职位描述。
l Identify and use outside recruiting sources,
minimizing hotel costs.
识别和使用外部招聘资源,最大限度的降低酒店成本。
l Ensure that the application, screening, interview
and hiring process for all candidates is carried out in accordance with hotel
policy and procedures.
确保所有候选人的申请、筛选、面试和招聘流程都是按照酒店的政策和程序进行的。
l Develop and participate in an orientation program
for all new hires.
制定并参与新员工的入职培训。
l Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee
files.
确保所有员工档案的正确维护。
l Identify and coordinate outside training sources,
which address the hotel's training needs.
协调外部培训资源,以解决酒店的培训需求。
l Conduct, monitor, and critique in-house training
programs/sessions.
监控内部人力资源培训课程。
l Provide feedback to Human Resources staff on
their performance. Handle disciplinary
problems and counsel employees according to hotel standards.

l Establish guidelines for performance reviews on
all employees. Ensure completion and
placement in employees' files.

l Establish progressive discipline procedures;
monitor compliance with such; conduct counseling sessions with employees;
ensure documentation and placement of records in employees' files.

l Ensure exit interviews are being
conducted/offered to with all terminated employees; ensure placement of
documentation in employees' files.

l Audit Finance employee benefits’ records as
scheduled.
审核财务员工福利的记录。
l Conduct audits on hotel payroll records as
scheduled, verifying accuracy of titles, rates and status.

l Complete and maintain current records on a
competitive wage and benefit survey for all hotel positions.

l Investigate, complete documentation and
coordinate worker's compensation, ensuring entitlement of payments.

l Secure and coordinate non-cost benefits for
employees (i.e., movie tickets, discounts, credit union).

l Develop and coordinate employee incentive and

l Plan and coordinate with the Executive Committee
all employee social and sports activities (i.e., awards banquet, quarterly

l Contact local organizations and establish Charity
projects which the hotel can become involved with to promote positive public
relations with the local community.

l Coordinate local sources to assist with
relocation needs. Maintain information
on area for relocated hotel personnel.

l Update the employee handbook as changes occur.

l Prepare Human Resources budget annually. Track actuals to forecast and keep expenses

l Maintain confidentiality and security of employee
and hotel records. Prepare and send all designated corporate reports.

l Foster and promote a cooperative working climate,
maximizing productivity and employee morale.

l Follow up on assignments and special projects
given by the General Manager.
