1. Provide departments heads with timely, friendly and professional services.

3. Monitors guest service constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guests’ satisfaction is being achieved through guests’ recognition and prompt cordial attention.
不断监控对客服务水平,通过客人的认可及热情,确保任何时间都能最大限度地令客人满意。
4.Establishes good public relationships with all guests.
同所有客人建立良好的公共关系。
5. Provides guests with the most accurate and up-to-date information at all time.
随时向客人提供最新,最准确的信息。
6. Handles mails, messages.
处理信件、留言信息。
7. Give general information and general help to guests.
向客人提供全面信息及服务。
8. Controls and handles out keys to guests.
保管及为客人分发钥匙。
9. Welcomes and assigns rooms to hotel guests according to reservations made.
根据预定要求,恭迎客人并为其分配客房。
10. Controls and maintains arrivals and departures records and pre-registration cards for VIPs and returning guests.
掌握并保留客人的抵离店记录及重要客人和回头客的提前登记卡。
11. Attends to guest’s inquiries and requests.
倾听客人的咨询和要求,并提供相关服务。
12. Answer guest’s inquires and handle guest’s complaints.
回答客人的要求和接受客人的投诉。
13.Maintain, count and keep secure all house funds.
负责保存及计算备用金并确保它的安全。
14.Complete other work according to the requirements of Front Desk Supervisor.
按照前台主管要求完成其它工作。
JOB REQUIREMENT 岗位要求
1. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
熟练应用电脑办公软件。
2. Good Chinese and basic written and verbal English skills.
良好的中文及基础的英文书写与口头表达能力。
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT 教育及学历要求
Technical School or above
职业技术学校学历或以上
