行政楼层服务接待员 Guest Service Agent

· Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure
· 确保来宾始终得到礼貌接待及充分的注意和重视，由此实现最大的客人满意度
· To enroll IHG rewards club member, to introduce the member benefits.
· 引入优悦会新会员，为客人介绍会员制度。
· Welcomes and assigns rooms to hotel guests according to reservations made.
· 根据预订要求，恭迎客人并为其分配客房。
· Provide check-in, billing check, exchange room, extend room, early check-out, check-out, Fapiao service.
· 为客人办理入住、查账、换房、延房、提早退房、退房、开发票或换发票手续。
· Oversee maintenance of efficient repeat guest history system, update guest profile notes with guest’s preference in time.
· 对高效的常客客史档案系统维护实施监管，及时在客史档案中及时更新客人的喜好。
· Attends to guest’s inquiries and requests. Record the feedback of the guest in time, and take remedial measures to solve the problem, promptly handle and follow up, and report to the superior.
· 关注客人提出的意见、建议和要求，实时记录住客的反馈意见，并采取补救措施解决问题， 迅速的处理和跟办，并向上级报告。
· To complete the daily work according to the shift check-list.
· 按班次要求完成本班次日常工作的处理以及各项准备工作。
· Ensure that all items of work have sufficient stock.
· 确定所有与工作相关的物品有足够的库存。
· Strictly follow the hotel financial system to complete all financial operations.
· 严格按照酒店财务制度完成所有财务操作。
· To provide the food & beverage service for the Club guests.
· 为行政酒廊客人提供餐饮服务。
· Complete the daily linen inventory and ensure that the quantity of linen is complete and clean.
· 完成每日布草的清点工作，保证布草数量齐全、干净待用。
· 检查所有玻璃器皿以及瓷器的清洁程度，及时回收破损物品。
· Keep work areas cleaning from time to time.
· 时刻保持工作区域的整洁。
· Actively takes part in training where and when required, attending formal training sessions and on the job training to ensure standards and develop skills and abilities.
积极参加所需的各种培训，提高工作能力。
· To carry out the work arrangement of the superior leadership and effectively complete the work.
· 执行行政楼层主管的工作安排，有效完成工作。
· Experience working in Intercontinental Group hotels is preferred
· 具备洲际集团旗下酒店工作经验优先考虑
