• Has full knowledge of the menu, wine and beverage offerings including specials and promotional material.
• 对菜单、酒水、包括特色菜和促销产品有充分的了解。
• Keeps Restaurant Manager aware of all activities, issues related to the operation and share guest’s feedbacks.
• 让餐厅经理知晓所有与经营相关的活动和问题，并分享客人的回馈。
• Takes responsibility for a section of the restaurant, event space or lounge/ terrace and supervises the work from the team to ensure maximum guests’ satisfaction.
• 负责餐厅的一些区域，活动空间或休息室/露台，并监督团队的工作，以确保客人的最大满意度。
• Makes sure that the front and back of houses are always impeccable and follows safety guidelines.
• 确保餐厅的前场和后台都是完美无缺的，并遵循安全准则。
• Controls the quality of food & beverage served.
• 控制餐饮服务的质量。
• Controls that SOPs are followed.
• 控制sop的执行。
• Finds ways to improve the efficiency of the operation that will benefit our clients.

• Finds methods of reducing costs without affecting the level of service or product received by guests.

• Experience: At least 1-year experience in F&B. At least 1-year experience in the same role in 5-star hotel or high-end free-standing restaurant.
• 工作经验：至少1年餐饮工作经验。至少1年五星级酒店或高档独立餐厅相关工作经验。
• Education: Undergraduate degree in Hospitality from an accredited university, college or hotel school preferable.
• 教育背景：获得认可的大学、学院或酒店学院本科酒店管理专业学位优先。
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good command of English.
• 技能要求：优秀的口头和书面沟通能力，良好的英语能力。
• Personality: Outgoing personality. Good team player. Goal driven personality, eager to learn and grow. Ability to work under pressure.
