·Ensure professionalism and integrity bymanaging budgets, controlling costs, and planning taxes in a legal andcompliant manner, so that the hotel's financial goals are aligned with itsstrategic objectives
·Lead by example and be the role model of the team,support and motivate TMs to always strive to be better, and recognizeoutstanding performances through The Way We Work
·Be a master communicator in every way: from fosteringcooperative and effective communications between departments to ensure theoverall efficiency and synergy of hotel operation
·Accurately identify and effectively control financial risks related to the hotel. Adaptto changes in market requirements and the hotel strategies to meet businessneeds.
·Keep abreast of developments inthe field and utilize your expertise to maximize all interests of the hotel.
