岗位职责:
1.负责保证监督创建的所有餐厅的标准和程序正常运作(根据运作手册和餐饮部的操作指南)。
Responsible to ensure all established standards and procedures for The Bar are supervised and met at all times (according to operation direct instruction of F&B management).
2. 协助制定适当的培训发展计划来培训员工, 以便确保并提高服务水平。
Assists in developing an adequate training plan and train staff to maintain and improve standard of service.
3. 协助餐厅经理及主管正确管理与餐厅有关的一切设备。
Assists the restaurant manager and supervisor in proper handling of all equipment related to the outlet.
4. 保证所有餐厅前、后区域的清洁卫生。与客房部和工程部保持紧密联络的合作关系,以确保此目标的完成。
Ensure total cleanliness of both the outlet as well as back of house related to the restaurant. Liaises very closely with Housekeeping and Engineering department to ensure cleaning and maintenance at all times.
5. 保证餐厅在任何时间都能够给客人提供高效、优质的服务。
