To inspect all meeting rooms set ups and ensure compliance with BEO and departmental standards
6. 协同宴会服务经理,检查是否有就不明确的细节或情况。
To follow up on unclear details or situations with the Banquet Manager
7. 根据团体要求和酒店标准,安排宴会服务员的岗位任务。
To prepare station assignments to Banquet Servers according to group requirements and hotel standards
8. 检查所有岗位是否在宴会房间/工作区内设置,保证各岗位整洁并存有所有必须的物品。
To check that all side stations are set up inside the function room/back area, to ensure they are neat and clean and stocked with all required items
9. 召集宴会前的服务人员会议,审查涉及宴会布置及服务的所有资料,包括食品、饮料、酒品、时间表、服务方式等。
To conduct a pre-function meeting with servers and review all information pertinent to set-up and service of the function, e.g. food, beverages, wine, timings, service styles etc
10. 宾客到达宴会时进行欢迎,按要求协助宾客就座。
To welcome guests upon arrival at a function and to assist them with seating as required
11. 在宴会过程中,指导服务员提供服务的时间。
To direct servers on timing of service throughout function
12. 负责员工的工作安排、下达指示和监督,就宴会餐饮服务的正确方法对员工进行培训。
To assign, direct, supervise and train staff in the proper methods of food and beverage banquet service
