· Coordinate training programs withexternal consultants such as beauty make-up class, grooming class, fire safetytraining, first aid class, hygiene class, etc.

· Evaluate training effectiveness byconducting training audits and produce audit reports for management review.

· Maintain DepartmentalTrainers System by conducting Train-the-trainer program, monthly training planand report system, etc.

· Conduct monthly departmental trainermeeting.

· Sit-in departmental training sessionsand give feedback to departmental trainers.
