The Front Desk agent is responsible for the daily Front Desk operations i.e. registration, cashiering, check outs and other guest enquires. The Front Desk agent must deliver customer service with poise based on the hotels standards and procedures. They must also conduct up selling and cross selling to maximize the hotel revenue and the guest experience.
