Prepare food and beverage offerings according to guests' orders in a standard manner, ensure service and food quality are in accordance with brand requirements, in the aim of meeting guest satisfaction; be knowledgeable about work related financial procedure and standard operation procedure; maintain departmental operation flow and work quality in a high standard in line with company's business objectives; ensure hotel's work principle and procedure are executed accordingly.
1. Excellent telephone etiquette and be able to handle
2. Knowledgeable about standard billing procedure and F&B
3. Good communication skills.
4. Previous experience in a similar role and environment.
5. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
6. Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous
at all times.
7. Good communication ability of English and Mandarin, both
spoken and written (Cantonese preferred).
