Responsible for leading the operations of the Welcome Desk, as well as the greater areas of the Welcome office operations to ensure smooth operation and total guest satisfaction. Act as the contact point for guests and other department talent during the daily operations and ensure that the Welcome Desk, Concierge team and W Lounge meet hotel standards to achieve consistent guest satisfaction.
