We are currently looking for a Service Manager - Banquet to join our Food & Beverage team.
As a Service Manager - Banquet, we rely on you to:
Coach and maximise the performance of the teamEnsure every guest receives high quality serviceMaintain smooth banquet operation on a daily basisHas strong leadership quality with integrity and willing to challenge the status quoHighly motivated, mature and able to work independently with high speed of executionAttention to detail, service-minded
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Food & BeverageEnjoys interacting with peopleCommunicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environmentA friendly, helpful and trustworthy leaderCreative with an eye for detailAble to solve problem in a professional mannerEnjoys planning, organizing and problem solvingEnjoys being challenged
