6.协助部门领导对酒店运作部门与职能部门进行管理,协调内部各部门关系。
7.做好办公室会议和其他会议的组织工作和会议记录。
8.部门领导日常形成的记录,提醒,各项活动的准备工作及其他事务。

2.Assist Manager in dong the interpretation and meeting minutes.
3.Examine ambassador leave and expense account firstly.
4.Pay attention to the confidentiality whole doing the paperwork.
5.Responsible for the classification and submission of documents of various departments, please approve and transmit to relevant departments.
6.Assist department leaders to manage the hotel operation department and functional departments, and coordinate the relationship between internal departments.
7.Organize and take minutes for office meetings and other meetings.
8.Records, reminders, preparations for various activities and other affairs formed by department leaders on a daily basis.
