§ Ensures efficientoffice administration procedures.

§ Ensures that alltraining records are maintained, filed and updated in the HR System.

§ Ensures Trainingdocuments are properly routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality.
确保所有的培训文件能够按照严格的准确性和保密性进行发送。
§ Maintains and updatesmanual and computerised filing system as required.
维护并更新各种手册和指南,需要时在电脑中进行分类存档。
§ Liaises with the localLabour authority for all related matters as assigned by the Training Manager/Assistant Manager - Human Resources.
对于培训部经理和人力资源经理所指派的任务要经常与当地的劳资机构紧密协调合作。
§ Assists in ensuringall employee facilities are maintained within standards, ie. Training Rooms andLibrary.
协助确保所有的员工设施得以按照相应的标准加以维护,例如培训教室和图书馆。
§ Assists in thecompilation and accuracy of the Departmental Operations Manuals, Employee TaskLists and Task Breakdowns.
协助完成对于各部门运行手册、工序表、工序分解进行编辑和校正。
§ Assists in thepreparation of the annual Training Plan, ensuring the objectives fully addressthe business objectives of the Hotel and the training needs of the employees.

§ Assists the AssistantManager – Human Resources in compiling training attendance confirmation listsfor all training courses.
协助人事副理填写并确认所有培训课程的相关出席情况。
§ Complies with hotel’sPolicies & Procedures.

§ Assists with thecoordination of the employee recognition programmes.

§ Assists in thecompilation, implementation and upkeep of the following employee communications– Employee Handbook, Monthly HR Activity Schedule, TFYF Update, Employee NoticeBoards, Television Communication.
协助编写实施及更新下列相关员工沟通文案—员工手册、月度员工活动安排、培训为了你的未来跟进、员工关注板块、电视交流。
§ Assists incoordinating of inter-departmental social activities and employee awardpresentations.

§ Assists in conductingemployee survey according to HR plan.

§ Assists in answeringinquiries from the employees on personnel and training issues respectivelywhenever possible.

§ Assists in thepreparation of venue for the monthly Departmental Trainer forums andactivities.
协助准备月度的部门培训师会议及活动的安排。
§ Assists in variouscampaigns to promote Hyatt good practices.
协助完成酒店的各种活动以提升凯悦优秀的实战能力。
§ Attends andcontributes to all Meetings as required.

§ Provides courteous andprofessional service at all times.
不间断地提供礼貌并专业的服务。
§ Assists in recruitmentactivities, prepares and posts vacancy announcements, contacts applicants forscreening interviews; screens applications and resumes; arranges interviewsappointment and refers suitable candidates to Department Heads; checks anddocuments applicant references.
协助完成员工录用,定期公布职位空缺需要,与应聘者联系面试事宜并向部门主管引荐合适的候选人,核实并对应聘者相关信息进行存档。
§ Assists with thecoordination of the employee recognition programmes.
协助完成对于员工认知计划的协调工作。
§ Assists by checking toensure all employee facilities are maintained within standards, ie. EmployeeLockers, Employee Restaurant, Employee Dormitory and Employee smoking area.
协助检查以确保所有的员工设施得以按照相应得标准进行维护,例如,员工的更衣柜、员工餐厅、员工宿舍以及员工的吸烟区。
§ Attends hotel trainingsessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge.
按照计划参加酒店的培训课程以便提升自身的技能及知识。
§ Handles guest andemployee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints orproblems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing feedback for aprompt follow up.
礼貌且高效地处理客人及员工的要求,遇到投诉或问题,如不能马上找到解决办法,要向上级报告。
§ Is knowledgeable instatutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding andstrictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the EmployeeHandbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health &safety.
了解关于员工及行业关系的法律、法规,理解并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度,及酒店关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。
§ Ensures high standardsof personal presentation & grooming.
确保始终都有高标准的形象和仪表。
§ Prepares letters ofoffer; assists in new employee orientation.
准备录用通知,协助对于新员工的入职培训。
§ Maintains positiveguest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
与客人和同事保持基于良好工作关系的接触。
§ Exercises responsiblemanagement and behaviour at all times and positively representing the Hotel andHyatt International.
在任何时间表现负责的管理和行为,并以积极的形象代表酒店管理团队和凯悦国际。
§ Assists andparticipate in all Human Resources activities.
协助并参与人力资源部的所有活动。
§ Ensures and practicesthe outmost protection of office’s confidentiality.

§ Responds to requeststo undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes asdictated by the Hotel, industry and company.
