Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:
· Obey the “Food Sanitation Policy” strictly and prevent the bad & out of date foods to Staff Canteen. To ensure all the meal materials are fresh.
· Check with the storage food, ensure that “first store, first use”, and check with the preparation of the food, if there is any question, should correct it on time or report it to Captain& Supervisor.
· Make sure that the applying & preparing meal materials & dishes on time, report to Captain & Supervisor on time when short of meal materials.
· Master cooking skill, using materials and knowledge of the equipment maintenance.
· Ensure the dinner is healthy, fresh & delicious, and can change the meal variety.
· To achieve the high quality standard, make a good preparation for dinner. Keep a good attitude of service, and ensure all employees can have meal on time.
· Turn off all the electric power & close the doors and windows after working hour.
· Build up Fire Prevention consciousness & master the concerned knowledge.
· 严格遵守“食品卫生法”,把好食品卫生关,严禁腐败、变质食品原料进入食堂。确保所有原料的清洁新鲜,杜绝食品过期、变质现象。
· 检查存货及成品,保证存货的“先进先出”,检查所有食品的准备情况,发现问题,及时纠正,并上报至领班、主管。
· 及时做好各项菜点、配料等物质的申领及储备工作,发现不足及时上报至领班、主管。
· 精通掌握所有菜肴的配料、烹饪方法及厨房设备保养方面的知识和技能。
· 根据标准的烹饪方法加工食品,确保各式菜肴的卫生、新鲜、美味。并适时不断变换菜肴品种。
· 做好餐厅各式食品的准备、烹饪及装饰工作,以达到最高的质量标准。并以良好的态度为用餐员工提供服务,确保每位员工能及时用餐。
· 确保下班后关闭餐厅内所有电气开关及门窗。
· 树立消防安全意识,掌握消防知识。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验:
· At least 1 years experience working in the field of kitchen management.
· Good behavior and honest personality .
· Good health and decent appearance .
· 厨房岗位工作经验1年以上。
· 品行端正,为人正直,吃苦耐劳。
· 身体健康,作风正派。
