Job Responsibilities
岗位职责
1.Carry out work instructions issued by the Lobby Lounge Manager and report work progress to the Manager.
执行大堂吧经理的工作指令,并向其报告工作;
2.Adhere to the service tenet of total guest satisfaction, lead team members to deliver reception services in the Lobby Lounge in accordance with standard service procedures and requirements.
坚持让客人完全满意的服务宗旨,带领班组员工按服务程序和要求,做好大堂吧的接待服务;
3.Track attendance of all team members, inspect staff grooming and appearance, evaluate daily job performance, and submit regular reports to the Lobby Lounge Manager.
掌握全班组员工的出勤情况,检查班组的仪容仪表,考核平时工作表现,定期向大堂吧经理汇报;
4.Keep constant track of the operation status of the Lobby Lounge, resolve all on-site issues timely and properly, and handle intoxicated guests appropriately.
随时注意大堂吧的动态,及时妥善处理发生的各种问题,做好醉酒客人的处理工作;
5.Complete shift handover procedures with accurate written records.
做好交接班工作,并做好记录;
6.Formulate rules and regulations covering beverage inventory control, workplace safety, sanitation and other related areas, and supervise their implementation.
制定酒水控制、安全、卫生等各项规章制度,并督导实施;
7.Inspect the overall sanitation of the Lobby Lounge as well as the cleanliness of tableware.
检查大堂吧环境卫生及餐具卫生。
Job Requirements
岗位要求
1.Minimum one year working experience as a Lobby Lounge Captain in a five-star hotel is required for this position.
接受一年以上五星级酒店大堂吧领班工作经验应聘本岗位;
2.Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
具有良好的组织能力及沟通协调能力;
3.Strong dedication to career, high sense of responsibility, sound professional ethics and good self-discipline.
具有强烈的事业心和责任感,高尚的职业道德,良好的纪律修养;
4.Able to perform duties strictly in line with service standards, quick-witted and agile in responding to emergencies.
能够按服务标准进行工作,反应灵敏,机智灵活。
