· 确保为所有顾客服务的厨房员工能提供品牌所承诺的服务,并持续提供超越顾客期望的服务。
Ensures that all guest contact culinary associatesdeliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
· 确保员工向其他部门的内部客户提供优良的服务。
Ensures that associates also provide excellentservice to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
· 通过礼貌有效的方式,处理所有客人及内部客户的投诉和要求,并确保圆满解决。
Handles all guest and internal customer complaintsand inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to makesure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactionswith good working relationships.
· 确保所有的公司品牌的基本标准得到执行。
Ensures that all company minimum brand standardshave been implemented.
· 通过支持及灵活的方式同其他员工紧密合作,关注酒店总体的成功及酒店客户的满意度。
Works closely with other associates in a supportiveand flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and thesatisfaction of hotel guests.
· 尽可能购买本地的新鲜产品,并经常更新菜单,以确保给客人持续提供丰富多彩的食物。
Buys locally available fresh products whereverpossible and has limited menus which are changed frequently to ensure the guestis always offered a variety of food items.
· 计划或参与规划菜单和控制食物的剩余,预估客人的数量、市场条件、各种菜肴的受欢迎程度和菜单的使用频率。
Plans or participates in planning menus andutilisation of food surpluses and leftovers, taking into account probablenumber of guests, market conditions, popularity of various dishes and frequencyof menu.
· 在厨房期时,需要观察员工与客人之间,员工内部之间的相互关系,必要时通过部门经理指导员工。
Spends time in culinary areas observing associate-guest/associate-internalcustomer interaction, working through Heads of Department to coach associatesas necessary.
· 审查菜单、 分析食谱、 确定食物、 劳动力、 日常开支,并将价格分配给菜单。
Reviews menus, analyses recipes, determines food,labour, overhead costs and assigns prices to menu items.
· 执行食品分配制度,控制成本。
Directs food apportionment policy to control costs.
· 介绍并测试新的菜品,并在价格和生产上遵循市场主导的原则
Introduces and tests the market with new productswhich are market-orientated in terms of price and product.
· 提供新鲜的食物给客人,保持质量一致,并体现餐厅的理念。
Serves fresh food to the guests which is consistentin quality, and which reflects the style of the outlet concept.
