Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
• Responsible for communication within housekeeping and other departments regarding guest requests and hotel talent. Renders secretarial and clerical services for housekeeping.
负责本部门内的沟通,将客人的要求反映给其他相关部门,做好本部门的翻译及文秘工作。
• Contact suppliers and outside contract service. Prepares requisitions for all office supplies.
就有关售后服务的问题,与供货商联系。
• Bring any complaints (talent/guest) calls to Exec. Housekeeper’s attention.
收集客人和人才的抱怨,并反映给行政管家。
• Handles telephone incoming/outgoing calls.
负责接打电话。
• Handles human relation duties for talents.
处理人才人事关系。
• Sees that talent’s complaints and needs are passed on to the Supervisor.
了解人才抱怨和需求,并反映给主管。
• Arranges appointments for Executive Housekeeper; reminds superior of appointments and meeting.
安排行政管家的会见,提醒个部门主管的会见及会议。
• Drafts routine or simple correspondence for the Executive Housekeeper as assigned.
为行政管家起草日常简单的信件。
• Receives and records reports from housekeeping sections regarding missing, defective or damaged equipment, prepares maintenance work orders and sends same to engineering department.
接收和登记客房部内设备的丢失、缺少或破坏情况,准备好请修任务并送到工程部。
• Types or inputs to computer for all reports, memoranda and correspondence for Exec. Housekeeper and maintains file of same.
将所有的工作报告、备忘录和信件输入电脑,并保存所有的文件。
• Maintains a logbook for lost and found items and recommends for disposal at appropriate time.
保存记录好遗留物品清单并建议和提醒处理时间。
• Keep personal records of talents, attendance sheets, change forms, annual leave, sick leave accident report etc.
对人才的出勤、岗位变动、年假、病假的情况做出记录。
