Under the direction of the outlet manager, and to assist the outlet manager in coordinating and managing the operation. To provide supervision of the department, operational associates, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict accordance with hotel policy. To continually strive to build up new customers, at the same time retain the loyalty of current guests and assist in creating innovative new promotions in order to maximize outlet profit. To be overseeing and directing all aspects of outlet, responsible for guest service, organization and administration and managing of the outlet to exceed guest expectation.
