1. Able to set production, plating, and taste standards to ensure consistency.
2. Strong execution; able to support the Head Chef in achieving team targets.
3. Strong kitchen management skills; able to plan production, control costs, and reduce waste.
4. Good leadership skills; able to manage and motivate a team effectively.
1. 制定并优化点心出品、摆盘及口味标准,确保稳定性;
2. 执行力强,能配合厨师长完成工作目标;
3. 具备厨房管理能力,能统筹人员安排、制定备货及生产计划,并控制成本与损耗;
4. 具备良好的团队管理能力,能够带领团队高效运作,保障出品质量与运营稳定。
We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人:
1. At least 8 years of F&B experience; skilled in Cantonese and Hong Kong-style dim sum.
2. Solid experience in dim sum production with team management skills.
3. Capable of new product development, with strong quality control and standardization of output.
4. Good communication and teamwork skills.
5. Strong cost control awareness.

2. 具备丰富的点心制作及团队管理经验;
3. 具备新品研发及出品标准化与品质管控能力;
4. 具备良好的沟通与协作能力;
5. 具备较强的成本管控意识。
