JOB SPECIFICATION 职位要求
This position is Deputy Chef de Cuisine, Western Banquet Kitchen. Candidates shall have working and management experience in western kitchen. The role is mainly responsible for food production of western‑style banquets, buffets and other western cuisine. Experience in Chinese kitchen is not applicable for this role. Candidates with Chinese kitchen background please do not apply.
