Primary Responsibilities主要职责
• Assist with Assistant Talent & Culture Manager for establishing recruitment plan
• Responsible for designing recruitment advertisement (posters, flyers, and digital advertisement, etc.) and managing & advertising vacancies/recruitment events on local recruitment websites/on-line social media (Veryeast, 61hr, 51job, WeChat, Linked-in, livestream etc.) as well as other local and national media advertisements(newspaper, radio, etc.)
• Select Hospitality schools and build the long-term partnership with the selected school as well as assist Learning & Development manager for introducing internship programs
• Represent the Hotel & Residences at local job fairs and Hospitality Schools
• Organize activities related to internship program ( including but not limited to trainee welcome party, communication meeting and farewell party)
• Responsible for managing resumes and inquiries received from external/internal websites, on-line social media (WeChat), phone, fax and walk-in
• Support with the interviews for colleagues, leaders and assistant section managers level and internship applicants
• Assisting with reference checks and processing new hire/internal transfer & promotion approval paperwork
• Initiate offers for both internal and external candidates
• Assist with follow up for non- successful candidates as necessary
• Liaise with Department managers to maintain up to date Job Descriptions
• Responsible for coordinating, promoting and tracking company Talent Scout Referral Program
• Maintaining Accor Talent Acquisition System, Manpower Guide, Monthly In/Out Report and Arrival Report
• Prepare weekly recruitment updates to update Assistant Talent & Culture Manager
• Prepare weekly on boarding report to Colleague Resident Manager, Learning & Development manager and Talent & Culture Team for upcoming Arrivals and Orientation
• Assist and participate in the organization and implementation of hotel employee activities when needed
• Talents may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
• Keep a good manner towards to confidential information related to employee’s personal information, salary & position etc movement
• Provide back-up support when needed other duties as assigned

• 制作招聘广告(海报,宣传页或线上广告等),利用本地招聘网站,线上社交媒体上或其他本地和国内媒体招聘平台(报纸,广播等),管理和宣传岗位空缺及开展招聘活动(最佳东方,成都人才网,51job,微信,领英和直播等平台)。
• 筛选酒店合作院校,并与学校建立长期合作以及协助学习与发展经理介绍实习生项目。
• 在本地招聘会和学校招聘会中介绍酒店及公寓。
• 负责组织实习生相关活动(包括但不限于实习生欢迎会,实习生沟通会,实习生欢送会)。
• 负责管理外部和内部招聘网站,线上社交媒体(微信),电话,传真和来访的候选人的简历和求职咨询。
• 负责员工、主管、分部门副经理级别和实习生求职者的面试。
• 负责候选人背景调查和协助新招聘、员工内部调转和升职等流程。
• 为确认的内部和外部候选人发放录用通知函。
• 未录用的候选人的后续跟进。
• 协助各部门经理更新岗位职责。
• 负责协调、宣传和实施酒店和公寓“人才推荐奖励计划”。
• 管理雅高招聘系统,人员编制,月度招聘和辞职报告。
• 向人才与文化副经理每周更新招聘进展。
• 与员工公寓经理、学习与发展经理以及人才与文化团队更新每周入职名单,以安排入职手续和入职培训。
• 协助并参与酒店员工活动的组织和实施。
• 人才均可能将按照酒店业务水平被安排到酒店的其他岗位所需支援。
• 对人事信息,如员工个人信息,薪资或职位等人事变动信息或文件等保持高度保密。
• 领导安排的其他工作任务。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a hotel or Talent & Culture environment, and minimum 2 years in recruitment role, preferably experience within international luxury hotel
• University/College degree or a formal education in Human Resources Management an asset
• Self-confident, creative, proactive, with ability to prioritize and make effective decisions
• Excellent both written and verbal in English and Mandarin
• Must be dedicated to provide Excellence Guest Service to our internal and external guests
• Highly enthusiastic, positive with excellent personal presentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build strong relationships, interact and influence others at all levels of the organization
• Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• 至少3年酒店人才与文化部的经验,至少2年同等岗位的经验,有国际奢华品牌经验者优先。
• 本科或大专学历,具有人力资源教育经历。
• 自信,创新,积极主动,能有效管理工作并作出决定。
• 优秀的书面和口头英语表达能力。
• 始终如一的为内部和外部的客人提供专业的服务。
• 高度热情,积极向上,优秀的个人表达能力。
• 优秀的人际交往及沟通能力,与酒店同事建立良好的关系。
• 必需能够在一个快节奏和环境不断变化的高压力下工作。
• 高度保密并可靠。
• 必须具备计算力能力,如Word, Excel, Word, Outlook和PowerPoint。

Fairmont Chengdu, situated within the Palm Springs International Centre, is located in the heart of Tianfu New Area and Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and is adjacent to the Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Center, Global Center and the Tianfu Software Park. The hotel opened its door on December 21,
2016.
