Accounting Admin Assistant Trainee 财务部行政助理（实习生）(实习)

主要职责 Primary Responsibilities
● 灵活掌握工作时间，并确保能够完成所有主要工作职责
● 全面支持每日部门内的行政工作
● 维护并协调部门内部以及其他部门的沟通和文件的传递
● 对于相关的文件或邮件进行翻译
● 管理和盘点财务部相关的办公用品和设备
● 及时完成财务总监和财务副总监指派的其他任务。
● Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
● Providing overall support and administrative coverage to the general day to day operation
● To assist in coordinating communication and documentation between accounting and other departments.
● Providing translation support for written documents and e-mails
● Maintaining proper inventory of accounting office supplies
● Other duties as assigned.
知识和经验 Knowledge and Experience
● 有相关领域的本科或大专学历者优先。
● 能熟练操作办公软件。
● 卓越的行政、组织、口头和书面的沟通能力。
● 拥有良好的逻辑判断能力，保守机密，保持谨慎有序的工作态度。
● Bachelor / College degree in related field preferred.
● Proficiency with computers is required.
● Excellent administrative, interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
● Must be self-motivating and have a high degree of analytical ability and confidentiality, and work in a safe, prudent and organized.
