工作描述Job Description
1. 监督和分派任务给行李员、迎宾员、司机。
Supervise and delegate duties to Bellman, Doorman,Driver.
2. 对所有员工进行岗位培训。
Train all associates on the job.
3. 确保每天交接班沟通的清晰与准确。
Ensure a clear accurate shift handover communication on a daily basis.
4. 确保客人登记完毕后,行李被迅速地送到客人房间。
Ensure all guest baggage are delivered promptly to their rooms after registration.
5. 当团队行李抵/离店时,确保在门口指定的地方装/卸行李;行李车按指示停在门口,防止正门交通阻塞。
Coordinate the delivery and collection of tour/ group baggage upon arrival and departure Ensure that at all times the loading/ unloading of tour bags to be done at the appointed area outside the main entrance with no obstruction by the baggage van at the entrance.
任职资格 Qualification
1. 掌握礼宾部工作知识并且十分熟悉礼宾部日常运行。
Good knowledge and very familiar with concierge operation.
2. 熟悉各类相关信息,尽力为客人解决问题。
Good knowledge of local area information, handle guest request efficiently.
3. 良好的英语能;良好的管理技能,强调“人性化管理” 。
Good English language skil; Good supervisory skill, with emphasis on “ people management”.
4. 良好的沟通技巧;良好的组织以及解决问题的能力。
Good communication skill;Be good at organize and problem solving.
5.至少两年以上相关工作经验。
Min. 2 years concerned working experience required.
