1.确保员餐工作场所始终干净整洁。
Ensures the cleanliness of associate kitchen environment at all times.
2.确保所有厨师在操作中使用正确的工具。
Ensures all Commis Chefs and Kitchen Apprentices use the right tool for the right job. 
3.在食物装盘及服务前，对食物进行检查。
Tests cooked food before plate-up and service.
任职资格 Qualification
1.餐饮技能或相关专业的大专学历或职业证书。
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
2.中专学历以上，良好的交流能力。
Technical secondary school degree or above, good communication skills.
