Position Overview:

Daily check of all mise-en-place to ensure freshness & quality standards. Assign and follow – up tasks as dictated by business volumes. Promote and ensure proper health and safety at all time. Strive to perfection in maintaining & improving all food preparations & presentations.

The Role:

1. Follow proper uniform procedures

2. Run the day to day operations of the station in the kitchen
在厨房操作台上进行日常工作
3. Inform of the food and beverage needs in the area for the purpose of making requisitions
为了及时做好采购申请,将负责区域的食品和酒水需求通报给相关人员
4. Ensure that mise-en-place is prepared for the shifts needs
根据班次需求确保完成餐前准备
5. Ensure that sanitation standards as set forth by the resort and local authorities are in   compliance as well as the cleanliness and neatness of the kitchen.
厨房的卫生清洁和整洁度符合度假村和地方政府制定的卫生标准
6. Assist in maintenance and cleanliness of all food preparation equipment
协助所有食品准备设备的维护保养和卫生清洁
7. Ensure a safe working environment for work

8. Follow control systems this will ensure quality and portion consistency

9.  Store items properly at the end of the shift

10.  Ensure clean, neat and organized work area
确保干净、整洁和整齐的工作区域
11. Ensure the food cost for the outlet kitchen is at a minimum by adhering to standards

Experience 经验: 1 year related working experiences is expected. 一年相关工作经验
