Position Overview：

Perform
all tasks and responsibilities related to orchestrating and producing an
immaculate clean resort for our guest and colleagues. The Housekeeping Team Leader supervise, train
and inspect the performance of Housekeeping Attendants, Turndown Attendants and
Houseman, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the resort operating
standards. Assist other areas in the
department where necessary to ensure optimum quality service to guests and
colleagues. Promote a positive and
friendly environment in the department.

The Role：

Verify room status, report discrepant rooms;
prioritize and update status of checkout rooms
核实房态，上报差异房；优先更新退房的房态

Ensure that assigned colleague has reported to
work; document any late or absent colleagues
确保排了班的同事按时到岗，记录迟到或缺席的同事
3.
Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to
assigned colleague and review priorities
准备并给同事分配工作安排表并回顾工作重点
4.
Assign designated guest room keys and phones
分配指定的房卡和电话
5.
Communicate additions or changes to the
assignment sheets as they arise throughout the shift.
在整个当班过程中对于附加的工作进行沟通并更改工作安排

Check Room Attendant's carts for proper
supplies, neatness, cleanliness and mechanical problems.
检查客房服务员的工作车，清洁用品是否正确、是否摆放整齐，是否有机械问题
7.
Update room status after approving cleanliness
and condition in accordance with departmental standards
在根据部门规定的标准查房后更新房态
8.
Check Do Not Disturb rooms in accordance with
resort procedures and verify status
根据度假酒店的程序检查免打扰房间并核实状态
9.
Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
Contact Engineering directly for urgent repairs
完成工程单的申请流程，对于紧急的维修需要直接联系工程部
10.
Performs other
duties as assigned by Director of Housekeeping

Education 学历: High School and above高中学历以上
Experience 经验: 1 year related working
experiences is expected. 一年相关工作经验
