2、Preparing seasonal promotion plan in line with the brand standards and market changes.

3、 Respecting the food health and safety standards and procedures

4、 Participating in the effective management of culinary related resources, including expense, FF&E, manpower and raw materials and etc.
有效的管理和厨房相关的各类资源,包括但不限于费用,固定资产,人力及原材料等。
5、 Leadership on team management and development.
对于团队管理和发展的领导力展现。
6、To be responsible for the direction and co-ordination of all food preparation functions carried out in all hotel kitchens.
负责酒店所有后厨厨房全部食品制备工作的统筹管理与协调调度
7、To make inspection trips through all hotel kitchens to observe conditions, methods and progress of preparation production.
定期巡查酒店各厨房,检查后厨环境卫生、烹饪操作规范及菜品制作进度。
8、To make demonstrations and trainings to cooks, when necessary, to improve preparation and to introduce new recipes or methods.
必要时对厨师进行实操示范和培训,优化菜品制作工艺,并推广新菜谱、新烹饪技法。
9、To confer with the Dir of F&B on present and proposed practices and procedures.
就现行及拟推行的运营规范、作业流程,与餐饮部总监沟通商议。
10、To attend periodic meetings with other Food and Beverage, Executives, department heads and management to co-ordinate kitchen department activities with other departments.
Qualifications:任职资格:
1、Creative, passionate to culinary works and effective management skill.
富有创意,对餐饮厨房部门的工作充满激情,具备有效的管理能力。
2、5-7 years or more of work experience as an Executive Chef in international luxury brand hotels in the same position, overseas and Michelin experience is preferred.
5-7年以上国际奢华品牌酒店行政总厨同岗位的工作经验, 更欢迎有海外经验及米其林经验的候选人。
3、Familiar with departmental workflows, policies, and standard operating procedures. Learn on the job.
熟悉部门工作流程和政策和标准的操作程序。在工作中持续学习。
4、Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
熟练使用计算机系统以及食品饮料下单系统。
5、Requires the ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools.
需要对烹饪设备和工具进行操作和利用。
6、Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English.
可以用英语阅读、写作和会话。
