5.Understands beverage control including days onhand, perpetual inventory, bar pars, portion control, costs controls, beveragepotentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue & returns, foodstandards, and period end inventory.了解各部门以及酒店酒水库存安排,包括成本考量,每月酒水销售数据分析,库存安排以及食品守则。
6.Attendspre- and post-convention meetings as needed to understand group needs.参与宴会以及活动计划的会议,了解客户对于酒水的需求以及安排。
